They are two types of brown fused alumina produced through different processes, and they differ in terms of performance and applications.

1. Tilting Furnace BFA
2. Fixed Furnace BFA

Item	Tilting Furnace BFA	Fixed Furnace BFA
Production Process	Produced in a tilting furnace, which allows the molten alumina to be poured out for more uniform cooling and crystallization.	Produced in a stationary electric furnace, where the melting and cooling processes occur in the same location without tilting.
Performance	Typically has a better crystal structure and higher purity. This production method helps to reduce impurities, resulting in a higher quality product.	May contain more impurities and have a less uniform crystal structure. However, this doesn’t mean the quality of fixed furnace products is poor, but they may be slightly inferior in some properties compared to tilting furnace products.
Application	Due to its higher purity and superior crystal structure, it is often used in more demanding applications, such as high-grade abrasives and refractory materials.	Typically used in standard applications, such as general abrasive and refractory material manufacturing.
