- Zirconia flap discs are manufactured with specially designed zirconia alumina grains, sulfur and chlorinated fillers bonded to the flexible backing cloth to form a highly effective abrasive disc for various grinding and sanding uses.These flap discs are very useful thanks to its high stock removal rates even at minimal contact pressures. The flexible, durable abrasive materials provide an incredible grinding efficiency, unique finishing performance and extended useful life.
